  • How Do I reset my password?
    Please enter your e-mail address at this page and an e mail will been sent to the email address you provided to re set your password.
  • How are my rounds deducted?
    When you check in with the Pro Shop, they will deduct a round from your allocation. An automatic e-mail will be sent to your provided e-mail address giving details on when and where you have played and how many rounds you have remaining.
  • How do I query a round deduction?
    If you believe you have been deducted a round without using it please contact professional shop to ensure they have deducted a round from correct member. If you cannot come to an agreement with club please contact the Golf club and we will investigate your query.
  • How do I cancel a booking?
    Please contact your member club pro shop to cancel your tee time
  • Can I invite a guest?
    This will be on your membership benefits terms and conditions for the club you a member of
  • Can I play at any time?
    This will be on your membership benefits terms and conditions for the club you are a member of
  • Can I play at any club?
    No. Only the selected club you are a member of
  • Can I play in medals?
    This will be on your membership benefits terms and conditions for the club you are a member of
  • Can I Use all club facilities?
    Yes, as a golf club member you are entitled to use all club facilities listed in your membership criteria.
  • How do I find out how many rounds i have left?
    Either use your member login or contact info@the-golf-club.co.uk
  • How do I upgrade my membership/clubs?
    Please contact info@the-golf-club.co.uk with your query on upgrading.
