Fairmont St Andrews Torrance
Re-opened in July 2009 following an extensive refurbishment program, The Torrance Golf Course offers a challenge to both amateurs and professionals alike.
A Final Qualifying course for The Open and Home to the Scottish Seniors Open, the improvements on The Torrance Course were conducted under the direction of golf course architect Gary Stephenson and former Ryder Cup Captain Sam Torrance.
With eight holes redesigned, the course now offers a great test and multiple risk/reward opportunities on many of the holes. The deep reverted bunkers and links design makes The Torrance one of Scotland's most dramatic and challenging courses, located here in St Andrews, the Home of Golf.
